Eurail Pass holders
All Eurail Pass holders are welcome in the special “Club Eurostar” lounges, located in the main rail stations, where they will find assistance and dedicated services, in an elegant and relaxed atmosphere. Since almost all long distance trains (Eurostar Italia, Eurostar Italia AV, Tbiz,

IC Plus and international trains on domestic routes) require a compulsory reservation, to board these trains, Eurail Pass holders must purchase a “Global Pass fare”, inclusive of the compulsory seat reservation, whose price depends from the train chosen (between 5 and 20 Euros).

Airports For travelers arriving to Fiumicino International airport in Roma, there are trains leaving every 15 minutes to Roma Ostiense and Roma Tiburtina stations where they connect with the Underground. All Eurail Passes are valid on these trains. Trains leave every 30 minutes to Roma Termini, the main railway station. On these trains only 1st class Eurail Passes are valid. All other airports are connected to the centre of the towns by frequent bus services. Smoking is strictly forbidden on all trains in Italy.
