SPECIAL FEATURES
This comfortable Swedish train links overnight the German capital Berlin with Scandinavia. Berlin is a hub for rail connections with all parts of Central Europe. From Malmö you reach Copenhagen in 35 minutes by regional train. Long-distance trains run to Gothenburg and Stockholm with good connections to Oslo, Bergen, Narvik, Helsinki and St. Petersburg. The sleeping cars have comfortable double compartments, partly with own shower/WC, and the couchette cars have spacious 6-bed compartments. Berlin Night Express trains run every day in summer, but only three to four times a week during spring and autumn, no traffic between November and March. Please check in advance. The trains run to/from Berlin Hauptbahnhof-Lehrter Bahnhof.
EURAIL PASS HOLDERS
Eurail pass holders are accepted on this night train and pay a reduced price for accomodation in a double sleeper or a couchette*. Reservations are compulsory.
*The Eurail Pass must be valid in Sweden (Germany is not Necessary)
Reduced prices for Eurail Pass holders (a 2nd class pass is sufficient) :
Double sleeper: 30 Euro
Couchette: 15 Euro
Prices may be different when a reservation is made outside Europe.
