SPECIAL FEATURES
Starting from Dombås (between Oslo and Trondheim) the train takes you through picturesque mountains, over imposing bridges, through tunnels that wind through 180 degrees and past the tallest rock-face in Europe; the Trollveggen, which towers 1.000 m (3.281 feet) above the track. There is a corresponding bus service between Åndalsnes and Kristiansund, Ålesund or Molde, from where you can continue your journey by the coastal voyage (Hurtigruten). The Rauma line runs throughout the year and offers 2nd class coaches only. The travel time is about 90 minutes.
In the summer period the train reduce the speed and make photostops and the travel time is 1H45 minutes. Autoguiding in English, German and Norwegian.

Eurail Passes including Norway are valid on the Rauma Line. No supplement required.
