Eurail Pass cover 2010
Your Eurail Pass is strictly personal, non-transferable and valid only upon presentation of your passport or other travel documents. If you cannot present your passport or other travel documents with your Pass, the control staff are authorized to demand payment of a full fare ticket and a fine, subject to the rules of the railway company you are traveling with.

Five simple steps – How to use your pass

When opening the Pass cover, the traveller will find a simple five steps explanation with the most important information for the use of the Pass. The five steps are translated in six languages: Spanish, Canadian, French and Portuguese for the Western Version and Korean, Chinese and Japanese for the Eastern version.

List of participating countries/companies

The list of participating countries/companies is presented in a clearer way, using different colours and an illustrated map.

Survey
The travel plans and the questions about the souvenirs were removed from the survey. So, the customer needs to give less information; only personal details.
Souvenirs
There are no image of the souvenirs. The form becomes clearer and easier to fill in. The souvenir will still be sent in return for sending the survey form. new souvenirs are being produced.

Ticket Details

With the new design, it becomes easier and simpler to fill the ticket details in.

Travel Report

From 2010 it is compulsory to fill in the Travel Report. Without the travel report the pass is not valid. Please explain to your customer the importance of the document.
